Let's talk

Email and telephone are universal contact methods. You can email or call us using the details below. Simple!

If you need to encrypt your email

If you are unfamiliar with PGP encryption, it will take a little time to set up an email client that can help you. Our recommendation is to use Thunderbird, available at https://www.thunderbird.net/.

There is useful documentation to help with setting up Thunderbird's PGP feature:

You can encrypt your email to us by downloading our PGP public key, available here on this website. Alternatively, you can download it via the public keyserver keys.openpgp.org. If you are using Thunderbird, it can retrieve our key for you. Search for our email address, hello@serverbright.co.uk, within the key search facility in Thunderbird.

IMPORTANT: our public key ID (fingerprint) is:

92E3 1445 3B56 3FAA 20B8 50ED 8A53 0988 5A19 0FFE

Please check that the key you downloaded has the same ID. If it does not, or you don't know how to view the downloaded key's ID, do not proceed any further and call us instead. It's ok, seriously :)
